We are one of the first offices specializing in services for homeowners? associations. We have acquired extensive experience providing services for entities located in the Cracow, Zakopane and Warsaw areas. We advise members and management boards of homeowners? associations on complex problems concerning real estate, and we represent these entities in court proceedings. Local government authorities/state statutory authorities

We provide advice for local government authorities, and we have experience in preparing resolutions and providing services for sessions of collective bodies. Our achievements include preparation of legal opinions for central state statutory authorities as well as providing representation for them in court proceedings. We have also provided consulting on matters of public procurement to many entities, and represented our clients before the National Chamber of Appeal.
